My One Star Review of Miniclip games:
I’ve been playing this game, Golf Battle, for about a year. From the first I found it fun and a bit relaxing. There are issues to know about before you download it.
One, more often than should happen the game crashes and kicks you out. I can be losing a match and it plays until the end. When I’m winning, I mean so far ahead they can’t catch up, the interface freezes and I’m suddenly watching the scenery! This happens about three times a day. And it matters not whether I’m on WiFi or using my device data plan or if I’m at home or a public place.
Second, and most importantly if you ACCIDENTALLY click into the store, say your phone is in your pocket and the app opens, when you realize a $100 item is being purchased you can’t cancel. Contact their support, they should understand, right? No way. Once they have your money it’s their money and nothing you say or do is going to change that.
So, you’re stuck! Now you hate the game and want to delete it but they have your money for something you don’t want and NEVER use in the game, this is for their extra jewels, and now you feel like you have to keep the stupid game just to use up the jewels you didn’t want and can’t return.
I ask why do I need 20k jewels when I’ve got over 10k I haven’t used already! As soon as I burn 30k jewels I’m deleting this game and NEVER downloading another from this company. You got me once, it won’t happen again!
